I recently stayed at this hotel for a Disney trip, and it was a mixed experience. The location is fantastic for getting to Epcot and the boardwalk, which made park visits easier. However, the service left much to be desired, particularly regarding the handling of luggage and room changes. While some aspects were enjoyable, like the pool access, I was disappointed by the room condition and overall value for money considering the price.

The room I first received was not well-maintained, with torn curtains and a dirty bathroom. It felt unwelcoming and not worth the price.

The service was lacking, especially at check-in and regarding assistance with luggage. Staff seemed overwhelmed and did not follow up on issues after moving rooms.
